A holistic home for women's health

Know your body,trust its rhythm.

A small community for the parts of hormonal health nobody sat you down and explained — your cycle, your PMOS, and everything in between.

28 day rhythm
The basics

Four phases, one rhythm.

Menstrual

Winter

Energy sits at its lowest. This is a season for rest, iron-rich food, and gentleness — not pushing through.

Follicular

Spring

As estrogen climbs, so does focus. A natural window for new ideas and fresh starts.

Ovulatory

Summer

Energy and confidence peak here. Good timing for connection, big conversations, and being seen.

Luteal

Autumn

Progesterone rises, then drops. Most PMOS symptoms live in this stretch — and it's where our workshops spend the most time.

Why we exist

A passion project, born from my own body.

Divisha, founder of The Ovary Club
"I lost an ovary before I ever understood how my own body worked. Everything since has been about learning, slowly and sustainably."

The Ovary Club started as a passion project, and in many ways it still is one. After 10–12 years on the pill to manage my PMOS, I was diagnosed with a 10cm dermoid cyst and lost an ovary. The aftermath — physically and otherwise — led me straight into burnout, and from there, into a slower, more honest relationship with my own body. What came out of it is the way I try to live now: sustainably, and in tune with myself rather than against myself.

This club is built to look beyond the diagnosis. Hormonal issues are rarely just hormonal — they can be emotional, inherited through lineage, or rooted in burnout and stagnation as much as biology. Our work is meant to complement your healing path, not replace it — The Ovary Club is not a medical treatment or a substitute for professional care. And while our lens is women's hormonal health, this space isn't limited to women. Anyone curious about a more holistic approach to life is welcome here, whether that's for themselves, or for the women they love — friends, partners, parents.
